Darragh manages physicochemical testing at Relevium Medical as part of the company’s DTIF partnership programme. His PhD research gave him extensive experience with polymer-related systems and a wide range of advanced analytical techniques, including FT-IR, TGA, DSC, NMR, PXRD, SEM, TEM, and solid-state NMR. He also gained hands-on formulation experience through PEGylation of MOFs and the application of polymer coatings, providing valuable practical insight into drug delivery and materials development. Darragh’s analytical depth and formulation expertise support Relevium’s ongoing physicochemical characterisation and quality work across its development pipeline.

Outside of work, Darragh enjoys going to gigs, cooking, trying out new restaurants and finding a good coffee spot. He’s also usually the one organising a night out, dinner or a movie night with friends.
